Number 1: Litter Picking
A simple way to preserve the nature in your local area is to go to your local park with some gloves and a bin bag and pick up all the rubbish.
Number 2: Art
Saving the planet doesn’t need to be tiring! Just drawing comics and painting helps to make people listen and to do something more than what they are doing currently. A good example of this is Jess Bradley from the Phoenix Comic.

Number 3: Gardening
Even if you have a straight, organised garden then at least have a small spot to let everything go wild and invite nature into your garden. Birdfeeders and hedgehog homes are small, and these are things collectively, little by little, make an amazing impact.

Number 4: Multi-use plastic
Single-use plastics never go away. Microplastics appear and are released into our seas. Examples include most shopping bags, plastic water bottles, coffee cup tops and plastic straws. Stay away from them and maybe we can help save the Earth.
Number 5: Word of mouth
Tell your family, friends and local council to organise litter cleans and poster competitions for nature. Remember, every small act counts.
That’s all we’ve got time for today. Until next time nature lovers!
