Plastic is NOT fantastic!

Plastic is a substance that can harm our oceans. Careless people throw it into the sea. This is very bad for many reasons:

1. It harms sea creatures.
2. It pollutes the ocean.
3. It collects up together and takes up space in the ocean.
4. It creates very tiny things called microplastics which can be harmful for creatures including fish.

We think everyone can do small things to help like using less plastic and cleaning up when you go to the beach.
